Martin brings 20 years of experience in hospitality design services, having worked for Michelin-starred restaurants in Germany and well-known restaurants in the USA and Thailand. Before joining the team, he was the Food & Beverage Director at Plaza Athenee Bangkok, a Royal Meridien Hotel for 7 years. He is responsible for aligning operational performance with company standards and initiating new and improved service processes to maximize success and exceed customer satisfaction expectations in all aspects.
